Obowiązki

  • Identify and report major order fluctuations between forecasted and confirmed schedules; validate accuracy of customer data.

  • Enter and maintain closed orders in the ERP system.

  • Release picking lists for customer shipments when needed.

  • Follow the full supply chain flow (procurement, production, and shipping) and take corrective actions if needed to maintain high service levels.

  • Coordinate with external logistics platforms and resolve logistical issues.

  • Prepare export customs documentation when necessary.

  • Ensure proper backup exists for each customer account; train backup personnel and inform customers during absences.

Wymagania

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within supply chain, planning, or customer service—preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and EDI platforms. ? as a plus

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level required)
