Obowiązki
you will be the main contact for E-commerce customers in a new project and your responsibility will be to provide the best customer service (phone calls and e-mails in Polish, English or German language)
ensuring orders are entered accurately in an efficient and timely manner
receiving and processing Customer claims
monitoring the service rate to the Customers and coordinating action plans to drive availability improvements
tracking on time transport performance
process improvements; liaise with other departments to allow smooth information flow and high standard services
maintain a good knowledge of sales administration SAP operations
Wymagania
minimum 3 years’ experience on similar role
advanced level of Polish, English and German language is a must
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
advanced Google Sheets (Excel) skills
knowledge of SAP
experience in sales organization is an advantage
