Open role: Customer Service Consultant
You will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of service for our users, supporting them in their daily use of the platform, and solving reported technical problems. Together, we take care of customer education and pass their suggestions to product departments to have a real impact on the development of our solutions. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we work together from the office, and the rest of the week you have the option of remote or on-site work.
Soft skills: openness and communicativeness, high personal culture, attention to linguistic correctness, ability to work in a team, customer-centric attitude, proactivity, empathy, patience, and a desire for continuous development.
Language: Polish, English (min. B1).
Experience: experience in customer service is nice to have.
