Customer Service Communication Officer

Location: Warsaw - hybrid

The Opportunity

The CSCO will support the Customer Services Strategy, contributing to the pillar: “getting closer to our Merchants”. You will create the right communication, at the right time, for the right customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Creating and publishing planned and unplanned communication with Customers & Partners.
  2. Bridging technical operations and Customer Care by translating technical information into Customer Advisor briefings.
  3. Contributing to our Knowledge Management Repository.
  4. Leading communication intake meetings.
  5. Coordinating translations under time pressure.
  6. Supporting the Service Readiness manager & Business for projects.
