Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  1. Handling business clients (Merchants) via phone, email, and live chat, diagnosing technical issues with payment terminals (POS) and providing guidance during payment transactions and settlements.
  2. Receiving and processing customer complaints.
  3. Providing support to service technicians during the installation and maintenance of terminals.
  4. Offering assistance in the areas of electronic payments, loyalty systems, GSM top-ups, and bill payments.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  1. Good knowledge of computer operation, including MS Office (Windows 10).
  2. Availability and willingness to work in a three-shift system (24/7/365), with most shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
  3. Basic understanding of computer networks.
  4. Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
  5. High level of personal culture, ease in building relationships, and strong communication skills with clients.
