Role Overview

Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Call Center Agent – Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland. You will perform operational tasks within Auto-finance Call Center and Customer Portal, ensuring compliance with financial controls and coordinating continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the operational tasks of Customer Service – Call Center
  2. Deliver different Customer Service processes KPI’s
  3. Cooperate with local Customer Service organizations
  4. Implement improvements to current processes
  5. Involvement in projects related to Customer Service area
  6. Ensure efficient customer service processes

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  1. High School Degree
  2. Customer Focus and Experience in Claims Management will be an asset
