Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Call Center Agent – Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland. You will perform operational tasks within the Auto-finance Call Center and Customer Portal, resolving tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve fixed service level targets. You will be responsible for ensuring Logistic Claims processes compliance with related financial controls and coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the operational tasks of Customer Service – Call Center
  2. Deliver different Customer Service processes KPI’s
  3. Cooperate with local Customer Service organizations
  4. Implement improvements to current processes
  5. Involvement in projects related to Customer Service area
  6. Ensure efficient customer service processes

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  1. High School Degree
  2. Customer Focus and Experience in Claims Management will be an asset
  3. Bias for action

  9. Ability to work with various IT applications (LEO, SAP BI reporting tools, etc.)
