Job Description

Were looking for a Customer Service and Debt Collection Specialist to own the commercial sales and distributions functional business process for a global premium consumer goods company, leading process design and enabling process digitization and innovation. This role owns the strategic process roadmap and enables improved operational results by applying best practice process expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and evaluation of differences in commercial sales and distributions processes within the Global S/4 template and local Poland needs.
• Develop best practice commercial sales strategies (sales channel organizations, contracts, order processes and key account management, distribution channel management, logistics service provider arrangements, supply chain coordination, delivery scheduling methodology).
• Develop an interaction model for collaborating with other business functions (Finance, Commercial, Warehouse Management, etc.).
• Policy, governance and reporting hierarchy (billings, credit terms, sales discounts and rebate agreements).
• General terms, policies and governance (incoterms, scheduling, etc.).
• Consider the strategic implications of cultural, legal and regulatory differences.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during the Test Stage of the project.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial sales and distribution aspects, in both an organizational and operating context.
• Deep knowledge in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English and Polish; any other language is a plus.
