Job Description:

Order Management Analyst with French

This position holds responsibility for order management related activities for Consumer French market as well as for overall high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Executing order management related activities – order system entry/ release, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required.
2. Supporting new customer creation and modification process.
3. Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationship with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams.
5. Managing customer and business partners queries.
6. Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Fluent French, good command of English; Spanish/ Portuguese will be of extra asset.
2. Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; French market familiarity will be an advantage.
3. Excellent analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports.
4. SAP, MS Office (Excel), PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset.
