Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service & Merchandising Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete client lifecycle, from initial development to post-order support, ensuring exceptional service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Development & Relationship Management:
   1. Initiate and manage client development requests.
   2. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
   3. Provide timely and accurate updates on development and order status.
2. Partner with Design and Tech Sales teams to create custom account presentations based on client briefs.
3. Collaborate with Commercial teams to develop product opportunities that drive key initiatives and achieve sales objectives.
4. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client product offerings.
5. Order Management & Post-Order Support:
   1. Receive, validate, and process client sample and production orders.
   2. Manage internal communications with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
   3. Proactively address and resolve client quality issues, escalating as necessary.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
7. Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in customer service, account management, or merchandising, preferably within the apparel or related industry.
2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end client lifecycle and order management processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
6. Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., order management systems, CRM).
