We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring timely deliveries and a positive customer experience.
Location: Warsaw
Schedule: Monday – Friday , 8:00-16:00
Opis stanowiska
- Prepare, check and enter data into the ERP/Financial system for operations including:
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet customer needs and support efficient logistics operations.
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to the customers.
- Maintain and control delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
- Communication with internal team members (Logistics Department in China) to ensure data accuracy.
- Track and prepare reports on order and shipments status for customers.
Wymagania
Education and Experience- 3 –5 yrs of customer service or logistics experience.
- 1-3 yrs performing business transactions within an ERP system.
Skills & Competencies- High level proficiency in using Excel to transform and model data.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear process documents, reports, analysis, and presentations (English B1)..
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Ability to use search screens within an ERP system to perform research.
