Customer Service & Logistics Lead CIS DNP markets, fixed term, 18-month contract
Be the first line contact for processes management with full scope of customer service and logistics activities for CIS-DNP (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Uzbekistan ) markets. Support the monthly CCC (S&OP) cycle.
Own and drive end-to-end Supply Chain & Business KPIs for CIS DNP and deliver optimized customer service, logistics, product availability, end-to-end P&L budget management and cost-to-serve by initiating and running projects/programs aligned with the regional targets.
Provide maintenance of processes and systems and also provide further interface and efficient collaboration between Commercial and other functions (e.g. Demand, Supply Planning, Compliance, Regulatory, AW, Quality, MMW, Customers and Pharma Logistics etc.).
Stock management as per markets regulatory and artwork changes, constraints to provide strong Customer service to market and ensure KPIs execution.
Lead preparation of budget files and keep cost under control for full end-to-end supply chain from sites to customers via the Multi-Market Warehouse (MMW); continuous improvement.
Manage Service Providers and assess the quality of services provided, create and maintain service level agreements (SLA) with logistics partners.
Manage processes, standardization of tools, preparing SOP, instructions for routine operations and setting governance for leading alignment cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
Develop recommendations and implementation strategy in distribution, transportation, planning and warehousing of company products.
Organize and supervise the work of the entrusted structural unit, manage a team of 3 members.
Manage customer service team to process customer orders with a high level of service and compliance, ensure controls & MM, provision of accompany documents and respond to resolving operational issues.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in supply chain, business, economics.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in supply chain: customer service, demand or supply planning activities (preferably in multinational pharmaceutical / FMCG company).
Knowledge and understanding of existing processes and systems for the business areas being supported.
Proficient PC Skills including SAP knowledge.
Fluent written and spoken English is a must, and Russian (preferred).

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
High personal drive, tenacious and very self-motivated.
Good judgement and initiative.
Ability to embrace change / being flexible.
Analytic mind, able to manage, analyse and interpret complex data.
