About the role:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Shared Services Centre in Wroclaw. In this role, you will act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via phone and email. You will be responsible for answering product-related questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal departments to deliver timely and accurate information and follow up on customer requests when necessary.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers based on generated leads
- Answer initial questions from potential customers
- Identify customer interests and assess lead quality, determining appropriate follow-up actions (e.g., sending additional information or forwarding the lead to a dealer)
- Enter lead information into the system
- Send additional information
- Assign leads to dealers in the system
- Follow up with dealers to track lead conversion and update the system accordingly
Our requirements:
- Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written
- Customer- and service-oriented, proactive approach
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially via phone
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
