about-project :
We at F-Secure are all about protecting the digital side of things, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you would be the go-to person for our clients and customers worldwide, becoming a trusted professional of F-Secures retail products. When you join our team, you will get to work with the fellows who are always pushing the envelope when it comes to technology, online security and privacy. We work to set the Internet free.
We hope that you would be able to join our team preferably in November or beginning of December, at latest.
The role will be in Poznan, Poland. We work in a hybrid setting but hope that you could join us at the office occasionally.
responsibilities :
Provide support to Consumer customers on setup and configuration of F-Secure software via different support channels – phone, e-mail and chat.
Perform log analysis in order to find and resolve the root cause of any issues reported by the customers.
Work together with F-Secure Labs to combat malicious programs (malware).
Develop an in-depth knowledge of how security applications work and deepen your knowledge in IT and troubleshooting.
Generate customer feedback into future product improvement and development.
Advise the customer on how to stay safe on the Internet.
requirements-expected :
We hope that you have some prior experience in customer facing roles, and that you truly enjoy working with different kinds of people.
Full professional proficiency in Dutch and German. As English is our organizational language, we hope that you have a working proficiency in that as well.
Customer-centric mindset and the patience to explain complex topics in laymans terms.
Able to prioritize and assist different customers at the same time.
You enjoy working in a team environment and consider communication skills (written and oral) one of your biggest strengths.
Interest in anything and everything digital will help in the process of learning our business and product.
