• Location: Katowice/ Kraków/ Lublin/ Opole - hybrid work model
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 7-19
• Languages: English and Italian
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to customers
• Responding to general enquiries
• Cooperation with other departments to solve customer problems

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English (B1) and Italian (C1)
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to develop
• Ability to work independently and in a team
