What you’ll be doing:

1. Deal with customer queries through calls, emails, and web forms, ensuring delivery of a quality service on a consistent basis.
2. Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.
3. Accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process.
4. Ensure you give a positive image and great first impression to all contacts.
5. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members, and clients through open and interactive communication.

Skills you need to succeed:

1. C1 English skills + C1 Dutch skills.
2. Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail.
3. Having excellent organisational skills and ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s.
4. Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
5. Showing excellent PC and data entry skills.
6. Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future.
7. Able to work between 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
8. Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office in Łódź).
