Your job would be to answer phone calls and solve issues related to IT challenges. We will equip you with all necessary tools and knowledge so you will be able to help end users. You will troubleshoot over phone, chat, or e-mail. In case you won’t be able to handle it on your own, you will have a team of colleagues to always back you up.
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
