Role Overview:
Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service – Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland. Perform operational tasks within Auto-finance Call Center and Customer Portal. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible for ensuring Logistic Claims processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.
