Customer Serivice with Greek

Currently, for our client, an international manufacturer of household appliances, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Your tasks:

• Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status.
• Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from our retail partners.
• Resolving customer complaints and offering alternative solutions.
• Providing product advice over the phone and checking delivery possibilities.

What we expect from you:

• Proficiency in Greek at B2 level and communicative knowledge of English.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic skills in SAP (nice to have).
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural team.
• Willingness to develop continuously.
