Currently, for our client, an international manufacturer of household appliances, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Your tasks:
- Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status.
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from our retail partners.
- Resolving customer complaints and offering alternative solutions.
- Providing product advice over the phone and checking delivery possibilities.
What we expect from you:
- Proficiency in Greek at B2 level and communicative knowledge of English.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic skills in SAP (nice to have).
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural team.
- Willingness to develop continuously.
