We are recruiting on behalf of a leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. The contract will be signed directly with the Polish employer. The role is for a renowned financial institution operating in the German market.
Position: Customer Service Specialist in Banking with German
Location: Szczecin, Poland
Employment type: Full-time, employment contract
Salary: 7,500 PLN gross + 800 PLN bonus per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email or chat
- Support customers directly as they navigate their financial needs
- Identify effective solutions and ensure exceptional service
- Create strong customer relationships and memorable experiences

- Resolve inquiries concerning online banking, transactions, payment cards, and general information about financial products
Requirements
- German language proficiency at a strong B2+/C1 level
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented approach
- Team‑oriented person with a strong desire to learn
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours
Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays)
