As a Customer Relation Specialist (substitute contract), you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Kielce. The Customer Relation Specialist role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and building meaningful relationships. In this position, you will have a real impact on customer satisfaction by understanding clients needs, solving problems and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Telephone contact with clients regarding our contractual agreement
  • Handling client service requests
  • Building, maintaining, and developing business relationships with clients
  • Ensuring the quality of provided services and identifying the needs of our clients
  • Active sales of additional services, suggesting additional services based on individual client offer verification
  • Renegotiating commercial terms with clients and preparing offers
  • Maintaining client profitability at the established level
  • Preparing amendments for clients
  • Actions aimed at increasing client loyalty to the company

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in telephone customer service for business clients
  • Very good computer skills including MS Office and Excel
  • Higher education
  • Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations
  • High personal culture and communication skills
  • Good diction and language accuracy
  • Ability to work under time pressure and strive to achieve set goals
