For our client, a multinational chemical company, we are looking for a motivated Customer OTC Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join the international team in Warsaw. This role supports business partners across Europe and ensures a smooth order‑to‑cash process.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting customers along the whole OTC process
- Cooperating with various departments (sales, logistics, transport)
- Ensuring a proper level of documentation in the system and a document flow that goes in line with company and legal standards
- Monitoring the fulfilment of your customers' orders and reacting in case the customer satisfaction is at risk
- Providing excellent customer service to dedicated customers
- Monitoring outstanding payments, following up with customers, and collaborate with finance teams to resolve payment issues
Our requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with SAP ERP, particularly the Sales and Distribution (SD) module
- B2 level of English and additional one of the languages: Swedish, Dutch, Slovak, Portugeese, Czech, French, Italian, Hungarian, Spanish, Romanian, Maroccan, Turkish
