Job Title: Customer Order Specialist with German
Job Description
As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
- Create and manage sales orders manually as well as monitor automated sales orders, supported by various channels.
- Reporting on order receipts and order status.
- Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.
- Prepare, organize, and lead weekly order book review meeting between factory and market.
- Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects.
- Using SAP.
- Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance policy and create customer facing documents.
Youre the right fit if:
- You are fluent in both German and English languages (at least B2 or higher).
- You have professional experience in a matrix organization, particularly in customer service or supply chain (would be an asset).
- You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results.
- You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail.
- You have knowledge of SAP or similar ERP (would be an advantage).
