Customer Order Specialist with German

As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well‑known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
  • Pro-active collaboration with internal stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chainteam
  • Ensure that all parts of a customer orders are correctly listed on the order
  • Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
  • Ensure timely handover of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy

Youre the right fit if:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management or Logistics
  • You know German and English on B2 level (as min.)
  • You havegood communication skillsand ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results,
  • You can prioritize your work and attention to detail,
  • You know SAP or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)
