Your Tasks

• As a key member of our B2B Customer Operations team in Warsaw, you will maintain customer service records thoroughly and accurately
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience is your contribution to a thriving sales team
• Communication is the key to our success: You will answer incoming customer, sales and general enquiries via email and phone
• Establish a strong relationship with your dedicated wholesale customers
• Your order book is your responsibility: Daily releases of orders, liaising with customer on shipments and booking-ins
• Undertake ad hoc duties and support in upcoming projects as required

Your Profile

• Your excellent time Management skills ensure, the customer receives a consistent experience
• A positive and proactive attitude as well as strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills to keep all relevant stakeholders informed at all times
• Proficient handling of SAP and Excel
• Ability to quickly build brand awareness and relationships internally as well as externally
• Fluent in Polish and English
