The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Customer Operations Analyst – Order Management (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Coordination of the appropriate queue and solving problems regarding cycle time, coordination the workload in the team to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements; training and/or consulting with other teams to improve or obtain adequate input; coordination of various activities relevant to individual processes, including responding to general questions and problems related to business and processes
Continuous process improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects; maintenance of the flow of work and information in the business group, further verification with process participants in order to obtain missing information, correct incorrect data, and prevent delays
Determinizing opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle times
Supporting reporting to relevant business groups to ensure full process visibility; positively team efforts and goals.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university
1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service and/or IT.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Fluency in the English language and proficiency in using an additional foreign language nice to have (French)
Previous experience in working with ERP systems and platforms dedicated to order processing
Previous experience working within customer order management is a benefit
Previous experience working with data quality, master data management or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management preferred but not required
Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
Collaborative Team player
Analytical
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Previous experience in working with iDOCs, and EDI vendor platforms
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wrocław at least 2-3 days per month)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
