The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Customer Operations Analyst - CRM, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Being responsible for monitoring CRM work queues for new requests as a first support line for queries and issues related to Salesforce platform
  • Work on issue resolution, respecting the cycle time, leveraging workload within a team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Administrating User data in Salesforce for Europe region.
  • Managing Reports/dashboards, public groups, list views and queues within Salesforce platform.
  • Dealing with mass changes of different business objects, like accounts, contacts, within Salesforce application.
  • Training and consulting Salesforce users, the Sales and Marketing teams in EMEA, on Salesforce functionality
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce tasks cycle time.
  • Manage end-to-end processes including follow-up and escalation of issues if needed
  • Participating in deployment of new systems or processes including all necessary testing activities depending on process supported 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • Min. 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Preferrably experience in CRM, Salesforce, Reporting or Customer Service
  • Fluent English skills
  • Additional foreign language skills are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience and confidence in working with multi-cultural stakeholders and environments

Work location: Remote within Poland

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
