For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:
Respond to incoming leads and reach out to potential clients via phone and email
Identify key contacts and create interest in the company's services
Support the creation of training materials and process documentation
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to support retention
Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners using email, phone, and CRM tools
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
Solid understanding of supply chain management
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B1)
Bachelor's degree in any field
Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Good understanding of KPIs and SLAs
