What we expect

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is considered an advantage;
  • Experience using Customer Service software or/and SAP is considered an advantage

Your tasks

  • Address inquiries each day from internal & external customers
  • Accept and process transactions in system
  • Process customer confirmations and investigate shipment status
  • Interface with other departments to resolve problems
  • Achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality
