Customer Migration and Application Specialist

For our client, a leading international logistics and transportation company, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Customer Migration and Application Specialist.
In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth data transfer process, identify and resolve failures, and provide direct support to customers during the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily data transfers
- Validate data consistency and manually correct missing records
- Identify transfer errors, investigate root causes, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with the Development and Quality Service teams to troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with the Customer Care team when additional support is required
- Assist customers in understanding the transition process and resolving concerns
- Conduct manual migrations when automated transfers are insufficient
Required Skills:
- Fluent English for direct client interaction
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Creative problem-solving approach
- Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL queries, and scripting
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Familiarity with incident management platforms
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Agile/Safe methodology experience
