AsstrA invites you to work in an ambitious team! We are looking for a new specialist for a:

CUSTOMER MANAGER

Key duties:

  1. Organization of high-quality customer service and ensuring the quality of services provided, information and consulting support for customers, implementation of KPI stipulated in contracts with customers;
  2. Build operational workflow with the customer and control over the closing of orders confirmed to the customer;
  3. Participating in the pre-tender and tender work for their customers;
  4. Management of inconsistencies arising in the work of the OD for FTL products.

Key requirements:

  1. Higher education in logistics, economics, linguistics;
  2. Knowledge of Polish, French and English is a must (B2-C1 level of proficiency); Candidates who dont meet this requirement will not be considered for the recruitment process;
  3. Knowledge of Polish or Russian language - will be your advantage;
  4. Knowledge of the process and rules of document management in logistics;
  5. Knowledge of the logistics services market;
  6. Presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
