Job Description

Oncology sales team seeks to fill Customer Manager role in Poland in the following locations:

  • Mazowieckie
  • Podlaskie

Customer Manager is responsible for promoting our oncology portfolio, maintaining and establishing relationships with assigned and potential customers in his/her territory to achieve or exceed sales objectives for our Company products. The role reports to the Sales Team Leader and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Plan territory activities based on marketing recommendations and in close cooperation with the immediate superior; create and implement Account Plans in compliance with procedures and ethical standards.
  • Conduct sales calls directly with prospective and existing customers and all relevant contacts identified from account plans.
  • Provide product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and agreed promotional materials, including omnichannel management.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in group activities (presentations, expert meetings, congresses, etc.) within the established budget to support sales activities.
  • Administer e-contract system, Veeva CRM, activity reports, expense reports, adverse event reports, and other requested reports promptly.
  • Provide relevant information to superior about local market, competitors’ activities, new promotional campaigns, own activities, and ideas.
  • Achieve sales goals while ensuring optimal customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain high professional competencies required for the role through self‑education and continuous knowledge updating.
  • Properly maintain and use company assets (car, computer, mobile phone, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Learn effective working methods from more experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably in life science or business).
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in hospital or oncology settings).
  • Self‑motivated and energetic with a drive to excel.
  • Strong scientific profile with ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Positive attitude with a can‑do and growth mindset, ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
  • Loyalty, honesty, and teamwork.
  • Good planning, organization, analysis, problem‑solving, and creative thinking.
  • Listening and learning skills, ready to receive feedback.
  • Competent presentation skills.
  • Very good command of English language, computer and digital skills.
