Now we are looking for a Customer Manager with English and German to join us in our office in Warsaw!
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and control of order management for a key client (order acceptance, order distribution within the working group, monitoring timely loading and unloading, ensuring compliance with client requirements).
- Finding the right contacts within the key client (engaging new decision-makers or planners), establishing communication with the client’s contacts to build loyalty, mutual understanding, and trust in our service.
- Client development through establishing strong connections with the client’s planners and ensuring high-quality service that meets client expectations and the business development needs of AsstrA.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in an international logistics company - required;
- Knowledge of English - must have (B2);
- Basic knowledge about freight forwarding and transportation;
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;
- Self-motivation and energy;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage teamwork;
- Diligence and accuracy in work.
Desirable and will be advantages:
- Knowledge of German (B1+);
- Experience in working with Excel skills and interest to develop skills of working with Excel data.
