Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries related to billing, invoices, and credit notes submitted via email.
- Offer customers relevant information and potential solutions to inquiries or concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as generating reports and maintaining databases.
Qualifications
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly developed communication skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
