- Answer calls (or chat/emails if needed) from U.S. customers of a "go-to retailer" for home & garden essentials in America.
- Use smart tools to give accurate, complete answers - whether that’s tracking an order, recommending the right product or solving an issue with a smile.
- When it fits the customer’s needs, suggest extra products or services that make their project easier.
- Bring empathy and efficiency to every interaction so each customer leaves the conversation feeling heard, helped and happy.
Wymagania
- Fluent English (B2 +) - you’ll be talking with customers in the U.S.
- High-school diploma (or equivalent) and confidence with basic PC tools.
- A positive, empathetic attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and products.
- Night-owl flexibility - rotating schedule, regular shifts run 15:00 - 23:00 (Athens time) and may adjust slightly after September - nightshifts or weekends included.
- Office first attitude - you will enjoy working from the brand-new office in Athens (Greece) and spending time with your colleagues!
- Previous customer-service know-how is nice to have (contact-center, retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but not "a must").
