What you will be doing

  • Designing and executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns (email, in-app, newsletters)
  • Orchestrating customer advocacy process & strategy (G2 reviews, testimonials, success stories)
  • Managing segmentation, lead scoring, and customer data insights for expansion
  • Running lifecycle‑based campaigns and aligning communications to product launches
  • Collaborating with CS, Marketing, and Product on messaging and pipeline generation
  • Leading the customer newsletter strategy (product, partner, adoption updates)
  • Supporting webinar comms, customer surveys, and nurture flows
  • Tracking campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Supporting customer lifecycle programs (CTA definitions, CRM ops, AI‑powered data analysis)
  • Coordinating tooling improvements to enhance expansion visibility and efficiency

We are looking for individuals with

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing, Customer Success or lifecycle operations
  • Hands‑on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, SALESmanago, Marketo)
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer segmentation, and lifecycle mapping (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise marketing efforts
  • Solid copywriting and communication skills for multichannel campaign execution
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
  • Proactive, independent, and results‑oriented approach with a focus on pipeline impact
  • Full working proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
