Job Description
For one of our client's, International transportation company we are looking for a Customer Financial Service Specialists.
✓ Location: Cracow
✓ Hybrid working model (office 2x per week)
As a Customer Financial Service Specialist, you will be a key member of the European Ship-To-Collect Business Partner Team, advising and supporting our largest customers and internal stakeholders in matters related to invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections. You will lead customer-specific invoicing solutions, manage bad debt risk, and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives across Europe to optimize customer experience and bad debt management
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support business retention and development
Design and implement process improvements in coordination with other departments
Analyze and address structural issues impacting sales and business operations
Support customer transitions, ensuring smooth processes and enhanced customer experience
Resolve operational challenges by establishing workflows that connect different business areas
Independently manage workload and coordinate activities in a multinational environment
Conduct meetings with European customers, requiring strong project management and strategic support skills
Requirements:
Experience in finance and/or sales and/or customer service, with strong project management skills
Advanced analytical skills (proficiency in Excel: formulas, pivot tables)
Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Experience in cross-functional meetings and working in a dynamic environment
Fluency in English (advanced level)
Knowledge of German, French, Italian, and Spanish is a plus
