Overview:

In this role, you will represent the company as the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer support by advising on products, services, and solutions tailored to customer needs and designs.
2. Promote the value of company products and services to customers.
3. Make outbound calls (both cold and warm) to identify new business opportunities.
4. Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to address technical inquiries and offer solutions.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, engineering, and customer care, to resolve customer issues.
6. Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized customers through regular follow-ups using Salesforce.
7. Stay knowledgeable about products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and drive revenue growth.
8. Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in German and English (verbal and written).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar technical environment.
3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. Experience with consultative selling and Salesforce is desirable.
