Your responsibilities

  • building and implementing a comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) vision for electric vehicle charging service customers
  • researching customer needs and satisfaction regarding charging services
  • proposing CX improvements for charging locations, charger operation, and customer contact and support tools
  • coordinating the implementation of customer-focused projects aimed at improving service quality and enhancing customer experience
  • improving internal company processes to enhance customer experience while considering both customer and employee perspectives
  • actively promoting a customer-centric culture within the company
  • cooperating with the marketing team in creating offers and promotions for customers
  • cooperating with external consulting companies in the CX area

Our requirements

  • minimum 5 years of professional experience in the CX area
  • experience in independently managing projects and implementing CX tools (documented portfolio of completed projects)
  • knowledge of design thinking, Net Promoter Score, and Lean
  • strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box
  • creativity and openness to new solutions, with a good sense of aesthetics
  • ability to communicate effectively, build a positive collaboration atmosphere, and persuade others to support ideas
  • very good command of English enabling fluent communication in an international team
  • category B driving license

Optional

  • general knowledge of electromobility, the automotive market, and new trends and technical solutions in this area
  • familiarity with IT tools related to customer service, customer research, computer graphics, and marketing
