Customer Experience Expert
Your responsibilities
- Connecting with potential customers via calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Creating new sales opportunities and manage the sales funnel.
- Preparing proposals for small and medium businesses.
- Staying up to date with our product portfolio to maximize sales.
- Building a positive company image and maintain customer relationships.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyzing win/loss data to improve sales strategies.
- Having a real impact on market development.
Our requirements
- Experience in direct telephone sales or as a freight forwarder (minimum one year).
- Ideally, some experience in B2B sales.
- Fluency in English and/or one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
- Openness and flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Creative thinking and the ability to take action, even when tasks seem repetitive or straightforward.
- A great sense of humor – we believe in having fun while working! ?
