As a Customer Experience Expert will be responsible for will perform tasks as part of the Customer Experience Team in the area of retail banking. Our Customer is focused on banking/automotive sector. You will have a chance to cooperate with Stakeholders and Team members in Agile methodology.
responsibilities :
Analyzing the customer experience and identifying and recommending areas for change by product, channel, or customer experience category in the retail banking offering area
Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of customer service and the level of satisfaction indicators
Designing solutions to improve the customer experience and supporting the implementation process
Designing and optimizing the user experience of digital tools offered to clients
Seeking market benchmarks and implementing solutions based on them for customer paths for products in various sales channels
Working with the Marketing Team and CRM Team to provide a customer perspective in the development of marketing communications.
Collaboration with various business units with customer touchpoints
Building and promoting a customer-centric organizational culture - propose and organize activities that promote a customer-centric approach
Supplementing ones knowledge of the issues necessary to carry out tasks
Taking care of order in the office
Caring for the good image of the Company
Maintaining professional secrecy
requirements-expected :
Experience in customer experience in the retail banking space documented by projects led
Analytical skills to identify the customers biggest problems and creatively develop possible solutions taking into account current and future trends in the CX area
Experience in designing user experience of digital solutions (UX area)
Workshop facilitation skills
Knowledge of service design, design thinking methodologies, and ability to apply them in practice
Openness, ability to work with diverse stakeholders
High personal culture and communication skills
