For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Engage with potential clients by handling inbound inquiries and reaching out through calls and emails — your communication will be the first step in building strong business relationships
Generate interest in our solutions by identifying client needs and presenting the value we can bring to their operations
Support knowledge sharing by helping to create clear and effective training materials and process documentation
Build and maintain lasting client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and consistent support
Collaborate across teams and departments using email, phone, and CRM tools to ensure smooth communication and seamless service delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient handoff and follow-up process across the full customer lifecycle
Requirements:
1-2 years working in a BPO company
Good knowledge of how supply chains work
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
Fluent in German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1)
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Experience with ERP systems and good skills in MS Excel
Good at managing time, handling several tasks, and setting priorities
Comfortable making many phone calls every day
Clear and effective communication with team members
Able to work well with different teams
Understands key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
