Tasks:


  • Develop and execute global sales strategies for medical and pharmacy channels.
  • Align regional goals with corporate strategy and market dynamics.
  • Optimize go-to-market approaches for Rx & OTX customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, medical, regulatory, and market access.
  • Build and manage high-performing international sales teams.
  • Define KPIs to track performance and ensure accountability.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and compliance.
  • Drive Customer Engagement Transformation, including segmentation, targeting, and pricing excellence.
  • Lead omnichannel strategy development and implementation.
  • Integrate digital, in-person, and remote channels to enhance customer experience.
  • Adopt innovative tech to boost sales force effectiveness.
  • Provide performance insights to executive leadership.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to guide strategy.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting for sales.
  • Improve S&D ROI (~€150M scope) via efficient resource and territory management.
  • Establish Gross to Net P&L standards for Polpharma Group.
  • Implement digital tools and CRM systems to boost productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with international pharma regulations.


Requirements:


  • Proven ability to lead diverse commercial teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical sales dynamics, especially in medical and pharmacy channels.
  • Experience with product launches, lifecycle management, and market access strategies (min 5 years of sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical company mandatory)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and market insights.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with international pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance in sales practices.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation within the sales force & marketing function
  • Fluent English. Additional CEE language (Russian) will be a plus.
