Your tasks

• Creating, performing analysis and maintenance of customer data
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reduce tasks cycle time
• Participate in deployment of new systems including all necessary testing activities depending on process supported
• Analysing negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
• Managing dual maintenance period during system deployment
• Cooperating with the team to ensure process, tools and performance measurement improvements
• Responding to account status enquiries from internal requestors
