Your tasks
The main responsibility of the team revolves around handling customer complaints related to the quality of the products sold by the company and initiating a workflow to send complaints to the division engineers or the manufacturing sites.
- Managing and executing timely & accurate responses to quality complaints • Based on business criteria, even owning entire E2E customer complaints. Utilizing project management, process improvement, customer service, and communication skills
- Analyzing and managing internal and external quality excellence to enhance customer satisfaction, enable accelerated growth, and deliver product quality complaints
- Initiating actions to lead projects, provide training to new employees, and link project steps to business strategies • Applying analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by a company reporting
- Participating in efforts to develop a common global complaint process
- Developing and leading improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools
