Customer Care Specialist – Ukrainian – Capgemini


Responsibilities



  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot issues, providing accurate diagnostics and effective solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and successful case resolution.

  • Maintain clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements as well as updates to the knowledge base.

  • Ensure daily tasks are completed on time through effective written and verbal communication.

  • Meet established quality, productivity, and turnaround targets while ensuring high accuracy.

  • Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain a satisfactory audit score.


Qualifications



  • Advanced level of English and Ukrainian, with excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Approximately 2 years of international contact center experience.

  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

  • Proven problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.

  • Strong commitment to customer experience, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to change.
