Opis stanowiska pracy
Responsibilities:
- answering calls and handling emails in Romanian,
- informing customers about available products,
- informing customers about current promotional campaigns,
- handling complaints and returns,
- product advisory.
Requirements:
- proficiency in Romanian at level C1 or higher,
- high personal culture and a friendly attitude towards customers,
- availability during helpline working hours (Mon-Fri 9.00 - 17.00),
- knowledge of basic computer programs.
