Obowiązki
- handling and resolving customer requests by phone and email,
- diagnosing problems and providing quick and accurate solutions,
- building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers,
- cooperating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently,
- maintaining transparent documentation of customer contacts,
- identifying recurring problems and participating in process improvement and knowledge base updates.
Wymagania
- excellent communication and customer service skills,
- fluent English and Portuguese or Romanian (level B2/C1),
- experience in international customer service,
- technical and analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel and MS Office, higher education,
- customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships,
- ability to multitask and openness to working shifts.
