Job Description:

What will you do?

• Solve customer issues (incoming messages only!) related to flight reservations, delays, changes, obtaining invoices, and similar situations
• Answer customer inquiries (chat, email, phone)
• Assist with making reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations

Does it sound daunting? Dont worry - we will teach you everything during training - no prior experience is required!
